Privacy policy

HomeWise Property Inspections uses the information you provide to arrange your inspection, communicate with you and deliver inspection services. Booking details are forwarded to our Be HomeWise booking service.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising services to measure website visits, ad responses and accepted booking submissions and to improve our advertising. These services may receive page addresses, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and ad-click identifiers. An accepted booking submission is not proof of payment or a completed inspection. We do not send booking names, email addresses or telephone numbers as advertising-matching data.

HomeWise does not show an advertising consent prompt. Advertising measurement runs normally for visitors in Canada and other regions that do not require opt-in consent, unless you reject it or your browser signals Global Privacy Control. In regions that require opt-in consent for advertising cookies (such as the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland), and wherever we cannot reliably determine a visitor's region, advertising measurement is switched off.

Your choices

Accept and Reject are equally available. You can reopen Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to withdraw or change your decision. Rejecting does not prevent you from booking. A record in your browser keeps your anonymous visitor reference, decision, time, region and the notice shown; later withdrawal preserves earlier choice records. Clearing browser storage removes those local records. Choices are specific to your browser and are synchronized across its open HomeWise tabs.
